Teach a Workshop

Do you have a fiber skill or technique you’re eager to share with others? We’re always eager to offer new workshops to our community, and we’d love for you to be a part of that. If you have an idea for a workshop focused on local fibers, dyes, textiles, or other resources around the Piedmont Fibershed, we want to hear from you.

Instructor Compensation: Our standard pay is $45 per teaching hour, with a minimum enrollment of 5 students. This structure helps ensure we can fairly compensate our instructors and support the Piedmont Fibershed staff. If this pay model doesn’t work for your workshop, just let us know in the form—we’re happy to discuss alternatives.
